lunar eclipse
Now why is that it's tonight that Austin has a crystal clear, beautiful night sky? Tonight, the 21st, the night after the total lunar eclipse??? Not last night while I was outside in the stinking humidity wishing the clouds would clear so we could stare up for a while instead of running sprints.

I went outside last night and tried to see the eclipse, but too many clouds, like you say. I tried to see if I could at least tell that the moon was a funny shape or something, but to no avail. At least the eclipse isn't slated for tomorrow, can you imagine what other politicians would say about an eclipse during your rally!
